Qualifications

Bachelor degree in architecture; NAAB preferred.
Licensed Architect with ability to lead drawings and teach best practices.
Proficient in production-ready visualization tools and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and define ownership; drive high-risk decisions.
Serve as primary project technical expert and risk steward with documented guidance for risks and options.
Lead QA/QC at key milestones and ensure issues are resolved before issuance.
Assign owners and due dates; ensure verified closure and adherence to standards.
Deliver high-quality technical solutions and standardize repeatable approaches for efficiency.
Mentor Architects and Designers, setting development goals and tracking performance.
