Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Senior Architect to lead architectural design efforts across projects, prepare construction documents, and guide production quality. The role requires independent decisions on complex design problems and coordination with multi-discipline teams.

You will manage project information, monitor progress, and participate in staffing decisions while maintaining schedule and budget. A RA license may be required; apply with relevant portfolio.

Qualifications

• B.A. Architecture is required.
• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
• Detail oriented, self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
• Above average written and verbal communication skills.
• General knowledge of construction techniques and ability to read plans and specs; understanding of conceptual design.

JOB SUMMARY:

Acts as staff specialist in providing technical guidance for complex or unique assignments. The incumbent must be capable of applying diversified knowledge of architectural design principles and practices and independently making decisions on significant design problems and methods. Salary range for CO, IL, and MN locations
