Job summary

Acadian Asset Management is seeking a Senior Architect to join the IT Delivery Team supporting the Global Client Group. The role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and Technology to deliver scalable technology solutions and improve data quality, processes, and controls.

You’ll work on enterprise data platforms, client reporting, marketing tech, and AI initiatives, with collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
10+ years of experience in investment management/software.
Knowledge of investment management concepts: clients, accounts, securities, cash flows, performance measurement, client reporting.
Experience with Agile environments and validating requirements.
Experience with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver effective solutions by liaising between business stakeholders and Technology.
Translate requirements into actionable user stories and functional specs.
Analyze business processes, systems, and data to improve efficiency and data quality.
Document workflows, requirements, acceptance criteria, and data governance.
Participate in solution design, testing, implementation, and post-production validation.
Develop test scenarios and coordinate user acceptance testing.
