Alpha Group is a global consultancy specializing in strategy, management, and technology for financial services. We’re seeking an Enterprise Architect to lead client reporting initiatives, shape enterprise architecture, and drive large-scale programs for top-tier clients across data, cloud, and operating models.

The role requires 10+ years in technology consulting, deep expertise in client reporting, and a proven ability to lead multi-workstream engagements with executive-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / MIS, or related field or commensurate level of experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Technology Consulting, Business Analysis, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in managing the full implementation lifecycle of client reporting or data transformation projects.
• Demonstrated track record of leading and delivering enterprise-scale client reporting or data transformation programs, from strategy and architecture through to full implementation, with accountability for program outcomes.
• Experience with relational data platforms (Snowflake, Data Bricks, SQL Server, Oracle) and data modelling.
• Experience with data lifecycle management, data governance, and quality frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the senior architecture authority across large-scale client reporting programs, setting the strategic direction for end-to-end delivery including analysis & design, requirements governance, system configuration/integration, QA validation, and knowledge transfer.
• Advise clients on best practices in client reporting, data management, and change management.
• Own the enterprise architecture vision for cloud-based data platforms, end-to-end data pipelines, and system integrations underpinning client reporting solutions, aligning with clients’ long-term technology strategy.
• Lead program planning at a senior level, defining scope, resourcing models, and detailed statements of work for complex multi-workstream implementations, and advising clients on program structuring and risk mitigation.
• Establish and chair program governance forums, providing executive-level reporting to client stakeholders and Alpha leadership on program health, risks, dependencies, and financials.
• Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams of architects, developers, and consultants; foster a high-performance culture and contribute to talent development within ATC’s client reporting practice.
• Establish, champion, and evolve best-practice methodologies across client reporting programs, spanning SDLC, data architecture, data migration strategies, and integration patterns.
• Drive development and commercialization of ATC’s client reporting practice, including accelerators, reusable frameworks, and go-to-market propositions; support business development with prospective clients.
