ISG is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the Iowa architecture team, shape client relationships, and drive project success from concept to completion. The role blends design leadership with business acumen, offering ownership over growth and mentorship within a multidisciplinary network.

The candidate brings 10+ years of licensed architectural experience, a degree in architecture, and proficiency across Revit, Adobe, and SketchUp. This on-site opportunity is based in Waterloo, IA.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of professional design experience and licensed to practice architecture.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited architecture program.
• Experience with K-12, Sports + Recreation, Government + Cultural projects is a plus.
• Ability to communicate ideas empathetically and visually in written and verbal form.
• Ability to represent ISG and clients in public forums.
• Familiarity with Revit, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp.
• Proven ability to multi-task and collaborate with diverse team members.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Iowa architecture team with ownership for growth and success.
• Grow and strengthen client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Lead projects from concept through completion with strong architectural judgement.
• Mentor emerging professionals and develop the team.
• Oversee project performance including budgets, plans, contracts, and quality control.
• Leverage ISG’s multidisciplinary capabilities to pursue innovative solutions.
