Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture.
• 8–15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Architectural licensure preferred, but not required.
• Strong technical knowledge and design sensibility.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other 3D modeling and documentation tools
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning, permitting, construction materials, specifications, and building techniques
• Experience developing and coordinating comprehensive construction document sets
• Strong detailing, consultant coordination, communication, and project-management skills
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a collaborative studio

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects with varying scopes and schedules.
• Coordinate design, technical documentation, consultants, and construction administration.
• Translate conceptual ideas into well-resolved architectural solutions.
