Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Architect, Data and Analytics to shape data and analytics architecture for enterprise-scale implementations with a strong AI-forward design focus. You will partner with BAs, data/BI teams, and offshore delivery to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes data migration, data modeling, and building tooling to improve loading processes and delivery success. Remote work is US-based only.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years in a senior technical role with data integration frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of property and casualty insurance concepts.
  • Strong background in business intelligence and data warehousing.
  • Experience migrating from legacy systems and cloud technologies (AWS and Snowflake).
  • Proven leadership in data transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design high-level system architecture with an AI-forward approach.
  • Lead inception sessions to shape project scope and user stories.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to derive technical solutions from business requirements.
  • Coordinate implementation and testing with data and BI teams.
  • Analyze data structures and map them to the company’s data model.
  • Manage end-to-end data loading processes.
  • Optimize migration processes to meet performance and efficiency standards.
  • Support offshore teams in delivering business requirements.
  • Contribute expertise to the PMO for project success.
  • Develop new tooling to enhance data processing efficiency.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Architect, Data and Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape data and analytics architecture for complex enterprise implementations, with a strong emphasis on AI-forward design and scalable integration. You will partner closely with business analysts, data and BI teams, PMO stakeholders, and offshore delivery teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. The position also focuses on data migration, data modeling, and building efficient tooling that improves loading processes and supports successful project delivery.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $155,000 – $265,000 annually
