Ladders is seeking an Enterprise Architect - Emerging Analytics to shape the architecture strategy for analytics across secure, scalable data platforms. You will design data lake and lakehouse patterns, partner with stakeholders to align data products with business needs, and drive prototypes for cloud-native architectures.

This remote role is US-based, with compensation ranging from $134,000 to $209,750 annually, and offers flexible remote work, equipment support, and interview accommodations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10–15 years in IT disciplines such as data architecture and cloud architecture.
• 5+ years hands-on with MPP databases (Oracle Exadata, Teradata).

For our client, we are seeking an Enterprise Architect - Emerging Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will shape the architecture strategy for emerging analytics capabilities across secure, scalable data platforms. You will guide the design of modern data lake and lakehouse solutions, partnering with strategic stakeholders to ensure data products and analytics services align to business needs. The position also includes driving prototypes and cloud-native architecture patterns that support innovation, integration, and long-term platform growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $134,000 – $209,750 annually
