Job summary

Required are a Bachelor’s in architecture, 4+ years experience (master’s can substitute), strong communication, and REVIT proficiency. Travel is possible up to 5% as part of project delivery, with full-time on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture is required.
• Minimum 4 years related experience (master's may substitute for one year).
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must apply intensive and diversified knowledge to broad assignments.
• Must be capable of devising new approaches to problems.
• Previous consulting experience preferred.
• Proficient in REVIT.
• Progress toward becoming a Registered Architect.

Responsibilities

• Conceives, designs, and prepares working drawings for new or modified structures.
• Supervise design and technical development of projects.
• Prepare project budget scenarios and track hours.
• Suggest staffing and production to keep project on track.
• Define productivity and profit goals with the project manager.
• Collaborate with project managers in conceptual development.
• Develop client relationships to bring projects to fruition.
• Review check sets, ensure code compliance and risk management.
