You will partner with product and engineering to drive business impact. The role emphasizes security, resiliency, and continuous improvement within a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience and formal training.
• Strong system design, development, testing, and operations skills.
• Deep knowledge of architecture and processes in cloud/distributed data/AI domains.

Responsibilities

• Represent Commercial Card platforms in architecture governance.
• Provide feedback on standards and AI usage guardrails in regulated settings.
• Guide evaluation of technologies including AI tools and platform capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance to teams enabling AI-augmented workflows.
• Design and review secure, high-quality production code and patterns.
• Influence product design for scalability and resiliency.
• Act as SME within a domain and advocate modern tech choices.
• Promote AI-enabled SDLC and continuous improvement in engineering.
• Encourage collaboration, inclusion, and responsible AI adoption.
