About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our growing Architecture team. This position is available in our offices in Atlanta, GA; Augusta, GA; Savannah, GA; Jacksonville, FL; Tampa, FL; Port Orange, FL; Columbia, SC; Charlotte, NC; Huntsville, AL; Mobile, AL; New Orleans, LA, or as a Remote Employee. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of related architectural design experience and a desire to grow, collaborate, and innovate. Responsibilities include preparing architectural designs, creating scale drawings and contract documents, following project design guides and templates, researching materials, assembling details, mentoring junior/mid-level professionals, and supporting proposal efforts. Projects will span multiple markets and geographies, providing opportunities to broaden knowledge and deepen skills in building systems design. The candidate should be an independent self-starter capable of moving efficiently through all design stages, from concept to construction documentation.

Experience and Qualifications
  1. BArch (5-year program) or MArch (6-year program) from an accredited college or university
  2. 10+ years of related architectural design experience (including internship, co-op, or professional experience)
  3. Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD software
  4. Registered Architect License is required
  5. Strong teamwork skills, positive attitude, ability to multi-task, and self-motivation to produce high-quality work
  6. Desire to learn and grow professionally
