ERM, a global sustainability adviser, seeks a Managing Technical Consultant, Archaeologist to lead cultural resources projects nationwide. The role oversees teams, maintains client relationships, and expands ERM's presence in the cultural resources market.

• Graduate degree in Anthropology, Archaeology, or related field with 8+ years of paid experience.
• Demonstrated ability to carry research to completion and obtain permits.
• Experience leading archaeologists, handling inventory, survey, testing, and data recovery; authored agency-reviewed reports.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee literature reviews, field reconnaissance, surveys, and excavation.
• Provide technical consulting to grow ERM's archaeology and cultural heritage business.
• Lead multi-office teams and interact with state/federal/local agencies.
• Mentor staff and manage field operations and subcontractors.
• Prepare proposals and manage projects within scope and budget.
• Support regional delivery and client relationships across the US.
