Jacobs is seeking Senior Archaeologists to support diverse projects across the western United States, focusing on cultural resources in planning, engineering, and construction. You will work with clients in government, military, and commercial sectors and help ensure compliance with NHPA, NEPA, and related regulations.

You will lead staff, mentor professionals, and coordinate with internal leaders across geographies while traveling as needed.

Formación

• Master's Degree in Anthropology or Archaeology required.
• Meet Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualifications Standards for Archaeology.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional archaeological fieldwork experience.
• 3 to 5 years experience as a Principal Investigator.
• Must be capable of walking long periods over varying terrain and traveling frequently.

Responsabilidades

• Track and provide updates on discipline-specific topics and regulatory changes.
• Mentor career and associate professionals and provide feedback.
• Forecast workload and staffing; manage large, complex cultural resource projects.
• Serve as primary client contact for large programs and potentially lead practice areas.
• Support project delivery and innovation across geographies.
