Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of experience in cultural resources management with a focus on client delivery and BD.
• Experience managing cultural resource projects, technical teams, schedules and budgets.
• Proven ability to source project opportunities and build external partnerships.
• Experience working with internal and external clients.

• Lead business development and client relationship building across the Pacific Northwest.
• Oversee large client programs, ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and change management.
• Coordinate with project managers, program managers, and directors to align processes and ensure consistency.
• Travel 10–15% as required to support client and project needs.
