Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior ArcGIS Utility Network Solution Architect to guide the transformation of legacy GIS to a modern, service-oriented platform for electric and gas utilities in the U.S. You will lead strategy, design, and integrations across business processes and systems.

The role requires deep utility domain knowledge, strong architecture leadership, and ability to drive governance and implementation patterns with client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Deep experience with electric and gas distribution utilities and their operational workflows.
• Ability to align GIS solutions with engineering, operations, control rooms, and asset management needs.
• Strong grasp of Utility Network concepts, topology, and governance patterns.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead solution architect and functional advisor for ArcGIS Utility Network deployment.
• Define target network business processes, workflows, applications, and integrations.
• Translate utility requirements into scalable GIS solutions and service-based architectures.
• Ensure GIS capabilities support end-to-end utility workflows from planning to asset management.
• Provide leadership to delivery teams to maintain quality and continuity.
