Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior ArcGIS Utility Network Solution Architect to guide the transformation of legacy GIS into a modern, service-oriented web-GIS platform for utilities clients. You will define target network models, governance, and integration patterns while leading cross-functional teams across design, applications, and field operations.

Lead hands-on architecture and delivery, ensuring solution quality, performance, and continuity, with deep experience in electric and gas utilities,

Qualifications

Deep experience with electric and gas distribution utilities as described in the role
Proven ability to align GIS solutions with engineering, operations and asset management
Strong knowledge of ArcGIS Utility Network, topology, services and web-GIS models
Experience migrating from legacy GIS to service-oriented platforms and APIs
Experience integrating GIS with Enterprise Asset Management and OMS systems

Responsibilities

Lead solution architect for ArcGIS Utility Network implementation and integration
Define target Utility Network processes, workflows, applications and governance
Guide migration from legacy networks to ArcGIS Utility Network
Translate utility business requirements into scalable GIS services and apps
Ensure end-to-end GIS support for planning, design, construction, field ops and outages
Provide leadership to delivery teams ensuring quality and continuity
Present best practices and lessons learned to client stakeholders
