Job summary

NextGenEnergyJobs seeks an experienced GIS Training Lead to empower customers with ArcGIS software through hands-on instruction and workshops. You will design and deliver training programs across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats for global users, ensuring up-to-date content and sustainable GIS workflows.

You will promote ArcGIS adoption, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate GIS value into compelling case studies and visuals while traveling for onsite sessions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience leveraging Esri's software capabilities, 5 years in ArcGIS Enterprise or Enterprise Geodatabases, and 2 years in classroom facilitation.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities while prioritizing student needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this posting; authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Grow user skills by developing and delivering training programs in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats for ArcGIS users worldwide.
• Ensure sustainable GIS workflows by guiding customers on best practices and workflow design.
• Expand the use of ArcGIS by promoting adoption and tailoring solutions to customer needs.
• Communicate GIS impact with narratives and visuals, collaborating with content teams on case studies.
