Job summary

Esri is seeking an experienced Instructor to empower customers with ArcGIS knowledge through hands-on training, workshops, and interactive guidance. You will partner with organizations, expand ArcGIS usage, and highlight the strategic impact of GIS programs.

Expect to travel up to 20% annually and relocate assistance to the Minneapolis, MN area. Qualifications include 8+ years using Esri software, including ArcGIS Enterprise, plus classroom delivery experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience leveraging Esri's software capabilities.
• 5 of those years should be in ArcGIS Enterprise or Enterprise Geodatabases.
• 2 of those years should include classroom facilitation and instructional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Grow user skills by delivering training programs in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats; identify and address skill gaps.
• Ensure sustainable GIS workflows by guiding customers on best practices and workflows.
• Expand the use of ArcGIS by promoting adoption and demonstrating value across business processes.
• Communicate the impact of GIS with compelling narratives and content in collaboration with teams.
