Job summary

Leidos is seeking a ArcGIS Systems Engineer Subject Matter Expert in Fort Belvoir, VA to support the DTRA Program. You will maintain and upgrade enterprise GIS software, services, and web applications, ensuring ArcGIS infrastructure performance and providing user support.

As a SME, you will collaborate with IT and GIS users to advance GIS initiatives, document implementations, and serve as a Tier 4 escalation point. A TS/SCI clearance is required for consideration and ongoing assignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with extensive ArcGIS admin and geospatial experience.
Strong Oracle or PostgreSQL knowledge and SQL/Python scripting.
Clearance: TS/SCI eligibility and maintenance during assignment.

Responsibilities

Provide operational support and maintenance for Esri ArcGIS Enterprise environments.
Design and implement solutions for complex technical challenges across teams.
Plan and document engineering solutions with minimal oversight.
Serve as SME for deployed GIS solutions and Tier 4 escalation point.
Upgrade ArcGIS Enterprise systems and patch management.
Troubleshoot GIS software issues and ensure data security per policy.
Collaborate with programs to integrate data from other systems of record.
