Job summary

The ideal candidate will support and maintain Esri's ArcGIS infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting complex GIS issues. Candidates should have strong skills in ArcGIS Enterprise Administration, relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL, and scripting in Python or PowerShell. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, maintenance, and updates of Esri software.
• Experience providing GIS technical support and customer service directly to users.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases including Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Intermediate experience in automating tasks with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Windows Server 2022.
• Excellent communication and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and maintenance for Esri ArcGIS Enterprise environments.
• Design and implement solutions for complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with internal and client team members to ensure data security.
• Document and manage application user guides and work processes.
