Job summary

Family Entertainment Group (FEG) is seeking a Senior Technician to repair, maintain, and troubleshoot arcade games and related equipment across multiple locations. You will work hands-on with electronic and electromechanical systems to ensure reliable guest experiences and safety.

You will provide guidance to junior technicians, participate in the setup of new equipment, and help maintain a clean, organized workshop. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience repairing and maintaining arcade machines or similar electronic/electromechanical equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting tools.
  • Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair arcade game machines (classic and modern).
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections on all equipment.
  • Maintain accurate service logs and documentation for repairs and maintenance.
  • Order and track parts and supplies as needed.
  • Assist in installation and setup of new arcade equipment.
  • Ensure machines are clean, presentable, and safe for customer use.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians.
  • Collaborate with operations to minimize downtime and maximize uptime.
  • Stay current on new technologies in arcade gaming equipment.
