Job summary

itD is seeking an Operations Coordinator III to own the day-to-day operational execution for a collaborative audio research team. The candidate will bring 5+ years of hands-on operations experience and strong communication skills to support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Location is fully onsite in Redmond, WA, 5 days per week, with a 6-month contract and potential extension. Pay rate up to $28.08 per hour; direct W2 candidates only, no sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional operations experience or equivalent.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication across organizational levels.
• Hands-on operational execution including logistics and onboarding/offboarding.
• Organizational and time-management skills with multiple priorities.
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
• Hands-on, physical and repetitive operational tasks as required.
• Experience in fast-paced research, hardware or product development environments.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and offboarding activities, including access, orientation, and gear coordination.
• Execute and streamline day-to-day operational processes with time-sensitive requests.
• Coordinate lab, equipment, and facility logistics, workspace setup, and distribution.
• Maintain information-sharing platforms and trackers to ensure current resources.
• Monitor activities, identify issues early, and elevate when needed.
• Coordinate team events and hands-on physical setup.
• Develop lightweight tools, processes, and documentation for operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across research organization at all levels.
