Job summary

itD is seeking a Project Manager IV to drive execution of spatial audio research programs at Company Reality Labs. You will plan, track, and deliver research initiatives, supporting engineers, researchers, and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

The role is onsite in Redmond, WA for a 12‑month term. Requires 3–5+ years in research or product development project management, with strong sprint management and communication skills. Direct W2 candidates only.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in research or product development environments.
• Experience managing sprint‑based projects with planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills; ability to maintain task boards and communicate risks.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning and execution of spatial audio research projects.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, implement mitigation strategies.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation across teams.
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports with risks and dependencies.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and workflows.
• Coordinate procurement for research equipment and vendor services.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration among researchers and engineers.
• Support sprint planning, tracking, and reporting across workstreams.
• Provide hands‑on operational support to ensure program success.
