Responsibilities

• Manage customer billing activities by reviewing contracts, agreements, and account information to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Process recurring and nonrecurring billing transactions while maintaining supporting documentation and financial records.
• Monitor customer accounts and perform collection activities to support timely payment and account resolution.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account-related inquiries in collaboration with internal teams.
• Support month-end close activities by updating account records, processing adjustments, and ensuring transactions are recorded in the correct period.
