Job summary

Atrium Staffing is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist in Orlando, FL to manage full-cycle AR operations, cash applications, collections, and disputes. You will maintain AR aging, support credit reviews, and assist with month-end close in a fast-paced manufacturing context.

Required are 2+ years in AR or collections, strong Excel and ERP experience, and excellent analytical and communication skills. Hybrid options are not stated; local presence is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of AR, collections, or credit experience.
• Strong Excel and ERP experience required.
• Analytical, organized, and effective communicator.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments and reconcile cash receipts.
• Execute collections on past-due balances.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
• Maintain AR aging and customer balances.
• Support credit reviews and account maintenance.
• Prepare weekly AR aging and collections reports.
• Assist with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Commercial teams to fix billing issues.
• Drive process improvements within Order-to-Cash.
