Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting or tax-related experience.
• Experience in fast-paced corporate environments with strong numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform period-end closing processes and prepare consolidated financial reporting packages for management.
• Drive process improvement across accounting and finance operations, including AI and automation tools.
• Own inventory control and cost accounting, ensuring accurate reconciliation across systems and entities.
• Manage tax compliance and payment processing in accordance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Support audits and tax engagements by preparing documentation and responding to external inquiries.
• Analyze financial performance across business units and recommend operational improvements.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and project support assigned by management.
