Qualifications

Three+ years in accounts receivable, cash application, or related accounting role.
Experience managing recurring AR work with high volume transactions.
Ability to organize work, set priorities, and meet deadlines with limited oversight.
Strong judgment to research discrepancies and resolve issues while maintaining detail.
Clear verbal and written communication with internal staff, clients, and subconsultants.
Willingness to work overtime during month-end or busy periods when needed.

Responsibilities

Apply cash receipts accurately and promptly for checks, wires, and electronic payments using Deltek Vantagepoint.
Process deposits through secure banking portals and maintain supporting documentation.
Coordinate weekly subconsultant payments and verify pay-when-paid requirements; resolve discrepancies.
