Job summary

Azenta Life Sciences is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable & Collections Analyst to own a customer portfolio within the Sample Repository Services and lead collections, disputes, and cash forecasting.

You will collaborate with Finance, Billing, Commercial, Project Management and Operations to reduce past-due balances and improve payment cycles, while driving continuous process improvements across ERP and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B collections or accounts receivable with ownership of complex portfolios.
• Proven improvement of collections processes with measurable results.
• Strong grasp of invoice-to-cash, billing terms, reconciliations, discounts, disputes.

Responsibilities

• Own collection activity for a defined B2B customer portfolio; prioritize by aging and risk to improve cash flow.
• Engage with AP, procurement, and business contacts to resolve payment barriers and secure commitments.
• Investigate short payments, deductions, and unapplied cash; document actions and next steps.
