Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is seeking an AR Collection Manager in San Francisco to lead the accounts receivable collection function and improve cash flow.

You will work with Sales, Operations, Customer Success and Finance to resolve payment issues, monitor credit risk, and optimize collection processes in a solar energy environment. The role requires strong financial acumen, analytical and relationship-management skills, with responsibility for KPI reporting and team leadership of AR

Qualifications

• Bachelors in finance, accounting or related field required.
• 5+ years AR, collections, credit or cash management experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or people management experience.
• Strong understanding of AR aging, cash flow and credit risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounts receivable collections for diverse customer segments.
• Develop strategies to improve DSO and cash collections.
• Monitor aging, identify delinquencies, and negotiate payment plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Success and Finance for resolution.
• Develop AR dashboards and perform KPI analysis (DSO, CEI, aging).
• Improve processes, automation, and ERP/CRM integrations.
