Centric Services in The Woodlands, TX seeks a Lead Customer Account Resolution to manage past-due accounts and oversee collections processes. You will prepare delinquent and final accounts for third-party agencies, ensure accurate communications, and maintain complete account documentation.

Responsibilities include coordinating terminations, monitoring payments, and restoring services once requirements are met. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in customer account management, AR, or collections support.
• Experience in utility billing or related administrative functions is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Mansioni

• Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation.
• Oversee past-due and final account processes per procedures.
• Review aged AR reports to identify potential collections needs.
• Prepare and transmit accounts to third-party collection agencies.
• Coordinate termination notices and service termination work orders.
• Monitor payments and coordinate restoration of service when needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely processing.
• Lead, train, and coach assigned staff and address performance concerns.
• Identify opportunities to improve past-due processes and compliance.
