Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in B2B collections or accounts receivable.
• Strong understanding of invoice-to-cash processes and reconciliation.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own collection activity for a B2B customer portfolio and prioritize aging, balances and risk.
• Engage accounts payable and business contacts to resolve payment barriers and secure commitments.
• Reconcile customer accounts, investigate short payments and discrepancies with Billing.
• Escalate payment risk and recommend actions per policy.
• Lead resolution of disputes and identify recurring causes to prevent repeats.
