Job summary

Merz Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to support the Therapeutics AR team in ensuring accurate and efficient order-to-cash processes for US and Canadian operations. You will act as a subject matter expert, partnering with sales and internal teams to optimize collections, data integrity, and cash flow.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in AR/finance, a finance or accounting degree, and experience with ERP/SAP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5-7 years of experience in collections/AR/finance.
• ERP/SAP experience preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare finance preferred.
• Strong analytical and data research skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage collections and cash applications for AR.
• Research customer payment discrepancies and portal issues.
• Support credit card reconciliation and portal issues.
• Maintain customer master data and requests.
• Drive process improvements and automation projects.
• Develop SOPs and KPI reporting; mentor staff.
• Prepare AR metrics reports.
