Job summary

Midwest Pool Management is seeking a self-motivated, energetic Aquatics District Manager to oversee multiple facilities in the St. Louis area. You will manage staffing, scheduling, safety, and client relations, ensuring high guest experience and compliance with policies.

The role requires at least two years of experience managing aquatic facilities, strong leadership, and excellent communication. A valid driver's license is needed; car allowance and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience managing aquatic facilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and maintain insurability.
• Knowledge of pool mechanical systems and operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day operations of multiple facilities per budget
• Conduct facility inspections for safety, cleanliness, and staff professionalism
• Recruit, train, and evaluate lifeguards, managers, and other facility staff
• Monitor schedules, timekeeping reports, and certifications
• Perform database entries for tracking certifications and registrations
• Serve as main point of contact for pool managers, staff, clients, and the MPM office
• Provide on-call support for operational, personnel, water quality, or guest issues
• Attend weekly and monthly staff and client meetings
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Vice President of Operations
