Job summary

Midwest Pool Management is seeking a self-motivated, organized Aquatics District Manager to oversee multiple facilities in the St. Louis area. The role emphasizes safety, efficient operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead staffing, conduct regular inspections, recruit and train lifeguards and managers, manage certifications, and coordinate with clients and the MPM office. A valid driver’s license and the ability to manage priorities are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience managing aquatic facilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and maintain insurability.
• Knowledge of pool mechanical systems and operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day operations of multiple facilities per budget
• Conduct facility inspections for safety, cleanliness, and staff professionalism
• Recruit, train, and evaluate lifeguards, managers, and other facility staff
• Monitor schedules, timekeeping reports, and certifications
• Perform database entries for tracking certifications and registrations
• Serve as main point of contact for pool managers, staff, clients, and the MPM office
• Provide on-call support for operational, personnel, water quality, or guest issues
• Attend weekly and monthly staff and client meetings
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Vice President of Operations
