Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, is seeking an APU Quality Senior Manager to lead a team of quality managers across 23 APU and TJ programs. You will drive quality and delivery goals while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience, or advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience with program management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience interpreting data and utilizing SAP, QLIK, and MS Office Suite.
• Experience in quality assurance, including regulatory compliance and CAPA processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of three APU program quality managers across 23 programs.
• Serve as escalation point for IPMTs and liaison with customers on quality issues.
• Support program office activities related to quality for in-service customers.
• Ensure regulatory, customer and program quality requirements are met.
• Oversee nonconformance activities, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Represent the program office in PRT and audit closeout reviews.
• Advocate and implement customer and supplier quality plans.
• Prepare for customer, regulatory and internal audits.
