Job summary

Aptitude: Intelligent Integration partners with JE Dunn to deliver integrated technology systems on construction sites. The Senior Aptitude Technician will lead a crew, install, test, and maintain systems, and ensure safety and quality across projects.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coordination with suppliers, and adherence to project timelines, with opportunities for growth into Aptitude Foreman roles as part of JE Dunn’s technology integration services.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years’ experience in cable installation, testing or maintenance, preferably in a data center environment.
• Ability to perform work accurately, completely, and in a timely manner.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient in coordinating with crew, suppliers and jobsite logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and share expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team implementing complex installations and ensuring adherence to industry standards and timelines.
• Coordinate inspections and safety activities for assigned scope of work.
• Track and report units and labor hours, including timecards.
• Maintain tools and equipment and manage crew production goals.
