Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company seeks a Senior Aptitude Technician to support integrated technology systems on a job site, including installation, testing, and maintenance. You will lead a crew, perform tasks with tools, and ensure safety and quality as part of our project teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating inspections, tracking labor hours, mentoring crew members, and working to site schedules while adhering to industry standards and JE Dunn's values.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education; technical training preferred.
• 2+ years in cable installation, testing or maintenance, data center experience preferred.
• Ability to perform work safely, read plans, and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety culture and mentor others in safety practices.
• Use tools to complete assigned tasks on project sites.
• Track labor hours and submit timecards accurately.
• Maintain tools and equipment to support project needs.
• Lead crew to meet production goals and timelines.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure quality standards on scope.
