Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Aptitude Project Manager to provide regional direction for the Aptitude program across all project phases. You will drive strategic direction, operational excellence, financial management and stakeholder relationship management to meet contractual and financial targets.

Based in the Atlanta area, the role requires deep experience in IT, security and life-safety systems, plus strong leadership and business development skills to grow Aptitude offerings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, IT or related field.
• 10+ years experience in IT/Security/Life Safety related systems.
• 8+ years project management experience.
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology related design and construction efforts that meet standards.
• Provide technical expertise related to design assist, installation, and network integration.
• Manage budgets, costs and projections related to assigned projects.
• Lead, coach and motivate team members to achieve objectives.
