Job summary

JE Dunn Construction, in partnership with Aptitude, is seeking a Senior Aptitude Project Manager to provide strategic direction across all phases of the Aptitude program and to lead regional project teams. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, build relationships with clients and subcontractors, and mentor staff to meet financial and quality targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, IT or related field (Required)
• 10+ years experience in Information Technology/Security/Life Safety related systems (Required)
• 8+ years of project management experience (Required)
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license (Required)
• Willingness to travel and adapt to non-traditional hours

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction across the Aptitude program from planning to project completion.
• Lead budgeting, scheduling, risk management and performance reporting.
• Coordinate with JE Dunn and client stakeholders to align objectives.
• Mentor and develop project teams, enforce Aptitude processes and standards.
• Drive business development activities to grow Aptitude contributions.
