Qualifications

• Enterprise-grade Java applications using Java 17/JEE, NoSQL, Spring.
• Proven mentoring ability across time zones; data-driven decision maker.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams supporting multiple systems with focus on customer satisfaction and ownership.
• Set up processes enabling rapid team delivery; contribute to architecture and reviews.
• Own multiple work streams with vision, planning and measurable results.
• Promote design and coding best practices within the team.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Front Office and Regulators on projects.
• Mentor engineers and analysts; improve software engineering practices.
• Present and communicate clearly; deliver high-quality software to clients.
