Job summary

Qualifications

• Translate complex business requirements into technical solution designs for software, integration, automation, data, or AI-enabled initiatives.
• Experience leading discovery and solution-definition work in complex environments with multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of enterprise apps, APIs, data modeling, cloud or low-code platforms, and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and process assessments with cross-functional teams to understand needs, workflows, and constraints.
• Translate requirements into solution designs covering data, APIs, integrations, and automation.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability from business need to prototype and user acceptance.
