Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Appraiser for our Valuation & Advisory team in Denver. The role involves conducting comprehensive real estate valuations, market analysis, and consulting on complex assignments.

You will build cash flow models, perform market research, and deliver well-supported opinions of value. Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's degree, a Certified General Appraiser license, MAI designation, and 7+ years of CRE appraisal experience, with proficiency in Argus
