Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Appraiser - Multifamily in Rosemont, IL to perform commercial real estate valuations and consulting work. You will collect data, research markets, analyze highest and best use scenarios, model cash flows, and compare sales to develop independent opinions of value.

The role requires a CGA license and MAI designation with 7+ years of multifamily appraisal expertise, MS Office mastery, and familiarity with Argus or Rockport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Certified General Appraiser license and MAI designation mandatory.
• 7+ years experience in multifamily appraisal.
• Proficiency with Argus Enterprise or Rockport.
• Mastery of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Complete valuations for commercial real estate projects.
• Analyze market data and highest and best use scenarios.
