You will tackle multimodal reasoning and privacy-preserving ML, collaborating with partner teams and publishing in top ML/HCI venues. The role blends research with real-world product impact, including experiments, human-centered evaluation, and shipping features with product teams.

Qualifications

• PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction or related field.
• Experienced researcher with depth in multimodal modeling, agentic systems and tool use, computer vision, speech, or foundation model post-training and evaluation.
• Publication and research record commensurate with seniority.
• Proven history of turning research contributions into tools, datasets or products, or strong potential to do so.

Responsibilities

• Develop new ML modeling approaches with potential for research and product impact.
• Advance the state of the art on Accessibility-related problems.
• Design and execute experiments to evaluate ML modeling approaches.
• Evaluate ML-powered applications using human-centered methods.
• Partner with product teams to bring research into features that reach users.
• Share contributions through internal impact and external publication in top ML and HCI venues.
