You’ll tackle challenging ML research, collaborate with partner teams to ship features, and shape human-centered AIML through publications and practical demonstrations. The role focuses on multimodal reasoning, privacy-preserving ML, and evaluation with human-centered methods.

Qualifications

• PhD in ML, CS, HCI or related field.
• Research depth in multimodal modeling, agentic systems, CV, speech, or post-training evaluation.
• Strong publication record for seniority.
• Evidence of turning research into tools, datasets or products.

Responsibilities

• Develop new ML modeling approaches with potential research and product impact.
• Advance the state of the art on Accessibility-related problems.
• Design and execute experiments to evaluate ML modeling approaches.
• Evaluate ML-powered applications using human-centered methods.
• Partner with product teams to bring research into features that reach users.
• Share contributions through internal impact and external publication in top ML and HCI venues.
