You will influence product strategy, hiring, and market positioning while owning critical ML/LLM components. You will partner with the VP of Engineering and co-founders to shape architecture, evaluate new approaches, and ensure polished, compliant outcomes for pharma marketing content across

Qualifications

• Production ownership: shipping, operating, and maintaining ML/LLM systems in production.
• Evaluation: inventing metrics to measure and improve systems.
• Depth in LLMs: retrieval, agentic pipelines, fine-tuning, tool choice.
• Full-stack proficiency: Python, FastAPI, Docker, AWS; deploy ideas to service independently.
• Judgment under ambiguity: confident decisions amid unknowns, adaptable.
