Qualifications

• Production Python experience is required.
• Hands-on AI development with LLMs, NLP, embeddings or retrieval systems.

Responsibilities

• Build production AI applications using LLMs, embeddings, retrieval systems and NLP techniques.
• Design intelligent workflows to automate complex processes.
• Prototype full-stack AI products including backend services and lightweight UIs.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, prompt strategies and experimentation pipelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate challenges into production AI solutions.
• Own projects from ideation through deployment and continuous improvement.
