Job summary

Deventic is drafting a role focused on turning advanced models into accountable product behavior for pre-construction work. The role will own design of evaluation-driven agent and retrieval systems, building traceability and robust model boundaries in production AI workflows.

You will collaborate with domain specialists to translate development decisions into testable product behavior, while improving reliability, latency, observability, and cost across AI systems.

Qualifications

• Strong production experience with machine learning, language models, retrieval, or agent systems.
• Clear judgment about where deterministic systems, models, and human review should each remain authoritative.
• Comfort working through ambiguous product and research problems with a small team.
