Job summary

Doximity is seeking a Data Scientist to optimize AI products for medical professionals on our platform. You will work with large-scale healthcare datasets and collaborate with product managers and engineers to drive analytics from data ingestion to actionable recommendations.

You should have 5+ years in data science, strong SQL and Python, and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, ML methods, and production ML.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or similar.
• Advanced knowledge of statistics, exploration, and experimental design.
• Deep understanding of ML techniques including deep learning and LLM fine-tuning.
• Experience designing, training, and evaluating large-scale models with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex queries across multiple tables.
• Advanced Python skills and production-grade code design.
• Experience with distributed data processing for scalable analysis.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling abilities.
• Curious, fast learner with passion for staying current in ML research.

Responsibilities
