Job summary

Embedding is hiring an Applied AI Engineer to anchor the fintech AI Team in the U.S. You will lead AI coding tooling, developer experience, and prototype AI-native workflows that validate streaming UX, long-context memory, and multi-agent patterns.

You will also craft reference implementations and onboarding playbooks, push Skill design standards, and drive cross‑team knowledge sharing through talks, blogs, and workshops.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years focused on LLM applications.
• Shipped AI applications from 0→1 in production at top-tier Silicon Valley AI company or leading AI product team (Anthropic, OpenAI, Meta, etc.).
• Deep AI Coding tooling fluency with Claude Code, Cursor, Devin, or Replit Agent (daily-driver).
• Strong backend (Go / Python / TypeScript) and frontend (React / Next.js) with end-to-end streaming rendering capability.
• Public technical output (blogs, talks, OSS) demonstrating craft externally.

Responsibilities

• Introduce AI Coding tooling best practices and onboard teams; deliver reference onboarding playbooks.
• Define Skill design conventions; deliver 5–10 exemplar reference Skills.
• Prototype AI-native engineering workflow and reference workflows for APAC teams.
• Build internal AI prototypes (employee-facing scenarios) validating streaming UX and long-context memory.
• Provide runnable reference architecture code for architectural choices.
• Lead cross-team craft propagation via talks, blogs, and onsite workshops.
• Participate in AI architecture review with frontier perspective at application layer.
